The Law Offices Lambert and Associates is a source for legal services in the securities law, litigation, consulting, based from Washington, D.C., including practice before the courts in the District of Columbia.

Dr. George A. Lambert

Dr. Lambert is an attorney licensed in the District of Columbia, USA.  He is a reseacher in international law, as well as a Harvard-educated expert on international recovery of assets, with a substantial academic background and with the skills in finance, banking and accounting.  He has graduated from the J.F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.  He has two doctorate degrees, including in international law and in political history.  In his diverse career, he has held affiliation with the Harvard Center for International Affairs and has held an award from the U.S. Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C.  He is the author of several books dedicated to international law and to developing countries (including 'United National Industrial Development Organization' (1993); 'Ghana: In Search of Stability' (1992).  Dr. Lambert has been the Editor of Investment Strategy magazine published in London, U.K. by Sterling Publishing Group.  He has also been a contributing editor of East West Executive Guide, published by WorldTrade Executive, Inc. in Concord, Massachusetts, USA.  He has published about 100 articles, and participated in a number of panels.  He speaks five languages and has an extensive international experience.

Senior consultant The Hon. W. Scott Thompson

Professor Thompson, an authority on corruption, has taught International Politics at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy since 1967.  He has a D.Phil. from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes, Danforth, and Woodrow Wilson Scholar.  He graduated summa cum laude from Stanford University in 1963 and attended Phillips Academy, Andover.  In 1975 he was a White House Fellow at the Defense Department, and entered the Reagan Administration as Associate Director, U.S. Information Agency, and also chaired many interdepartmental groups therein, including the 'Democracy Initiative.'  In 1985, he was the first director appointed by Reagan to form the United States Institute of Peace, and continued to hold that position throughout Bush and Clinton administrations. He is the co-author (with Nicholas Thompson) of 'The Baobab and the Mango
Tree: comparative aspects of Asian and African Development' (New York, St. Martin's, 2000) which focuses on the comparative effects of
corruption in developing areas.  His previous books include 'The Philippines in Crisis' (1992), 'Ghana's Foreign Policy' (1969), 'Lessons of Vietnam' (1976),  and 'The Third World' (1983).
Dr. Thompson maintains residences in Washington, Boston, and the
Philippines, and maintains a farm in Virginia. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Institute of Stratetic Studies, the Metropolitan Club (Washington), and The Country Club (Boston).  He is Chairman of the Institute for Institutional Development-Burma, and of the Washington International Studies Council.

Consultant and Researcher Sergey A. Belyaev, S.J.D.

Dr. Sergey Belyaev is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts, as well as of the Superior School of Administration, Paris, France.  He is a lecturer of international law at MGU University, Geneva branch, in Switzerland and is based in Geneva.  He had been an attorney at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.  Dr. Belyaev is an expert in European and comparative law.

Consultant and Supervising Manager Roman A. Plyamovaty

Roman A. Plyamovaty is a manager of the offices, who coordinates various cases and projects that are undertaken.  Mr. Plyamovaty is a director at ARP and member of the Board of UTICo.  Earlier he had worked for about 15 years at General Electric.  Mr. Plyamovaty has the education background in linguistics and engineering.

Oxford University graduate Timothy Dickinson is a most experienced editor and writer, who is a valuable member of the team.  Mr. Dickinson is based in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Dickinson has the Oxford educational background in literature.
